Siciliano Lawyer Society
We believe that modernity lies in new ways of relating and acting, which allow for cost reduction and increased efficiency. We also believe that the practice of law should be based on the tradition of legal knowledge, obtained through profound dedication to the study of law. We aim to execute technically sound work, without archaic language, efficiently and swiftly, yet without relinquishing the pursuit of justice.
Internacional
We operate in the area of international private law in family matters, where the situation involves more than one country (such as marriages celebrated abroad, divorces outside of Brazil, property division abroad, establishment of custody of minor children and alimony in another country, among others).
Contracts
We advise our clients in negotiations (national and international), draft, analyze, and revise contracts, structure guarantees, and assess risks arising from contracts, related businesses, and their execution.
Family and Successions
Seeking to balance economic and family interests, we carry out estate planning, inventories, reconciliations among heirs, asset protection, among other activities. We provide preventive advice to our clients on cohabitation agreements and/or the establishment of a property regime, even when the union or marriage takes place abroad or there are heirs and/or assets located abroad. We also handle divorces, recognition and dissolution of cohabitation, custody arrangements, cohabitation agreements and/or alimony, in judicial and extrajudicial, consensual or litigious proceedings.
Litigation
One of our specialties is acting in strategic demands, in order to prevent any misinterpretation of the law from causing successive demands. We work on civil issues in general, consumer, environmental, administrative, and labor, representing clients' interests in all instances and courts, including administrative level.
