We operate in the area of international private law in family matters, where the situation involves more than one country (such as marriages celebrated abroad, divorces outside of Brazil, property division abroad, establishment of custody of minor children and alimony in another country, among others). We engage in the drafting, revision, and negotiation of international contracts and contracts concluded abroad, including their validity and effectiveness in Brazil. We assist companies and natural persons domiciled abroad regarding potential tax, labor, and tax obligations in Brazil. We offer the possibility of obtaining a Green Card for clients who intend to migrate to the USA or to facilitate the lives of their children during and after college in the USA. We collaborate with solid American law firms and companies dedicated to immigration, especially through investments that, in addition to the Green Card, enable a financial return on the invested capital.
Family and Successions
Seeking to balance economic and family interests, we carry out estate planning, inventories, reconciliations among heirs, asset protection, among other activities. We provide preventive advice to our clients on cohabitation agreements and/or the establishment of a property regime, even when the union or marriage takes place abroad or there are heirs and/or assets located abroad. We also handle divorces, recognition and dissolution of cohabitation, custody arrangements, cohabitation agreements and/or alimony, in judicial and extrajudicial, consensual or litigious proceedings.
Labor
We act preventively through the preparation of opinions on specific activities or categories, considering labor, social security, and civil legislation. We participate in individual and collective negotiations. We assist the human resources departments of companies and outsourcing processes. We represent individuals and legal entities in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, individual and collective, in all organs and instances.
Contracts
We advise our clients in negotiations (national and international), draft, analyze, and revise contracts, structure guarantees, and assess risks arising from contracts, related businesses, and their execution.
Real Estate
We provide consultancy for real estate ventures and businesses in Brazil and abroad and we act in real estate litigation, in renewals, rent revisions, evictions, possessory actions, rescission of sale and purchase promise, compulsory adjudication, among others.
Litigation
One of our specialties is acting in strategic demands, in order to prevent any misinterpretation of the law from causing successive demands. We work on civil issues in general, consumer, environmental, administrative, and labor, representing clients' interests in all instances and courts, including administrative level.
Corporate
In addition to preventive care based on specific analysis of the client's branch of activity, specifics of their market niche, nature of their activities and possible incident regulatory specificities, we act in contentious demands, whether on the active or passive side. We also offer our clients the possibility of bringing the quality of our work into the company, acting as an external legal department or by allocating highly qualified lawyers to meet their specific needs, full-time, to act in company.
Corporate Law
We carry out planning and negotiation for the constitution, alteration, and reorganization of companies, with the drafting of bylaws, social statutes, quota agreement, and other corporate documents. We assist our clients in splits, mergers, acquisitions, and/or sales of control or minority stakes in companies, corporate reorganizations, and liquidations of companies, with the consequent registration and filing of corporate documents in official bodies. We advise Startups in modeling their businesses, considering the legal aspects and limitations/benefits, as well as in designing the corporate structure and agreements among partners, associates, and investors.
Tax
We provide consultancy to individuals and legal entities regarding federal, state, and municipal taxes. We carry out tax planning, involving the use of credits and compliance with tax obligations. We act in administrative and judicial litigation, in all organs and instances.
